Have you spotted honeycombs around the church and wondered what it was all about? The honeycombs are part of CDM’s Ministry Recruitment Drive campaign happening from 7 July to 18 November 2018.
The honeycomb backdrop serves as a platform to promote CDM’s 31 Ministries. The recruitment campaign is centered around the theme of bees and honeycomb which is a reflection of what we as members of the Church stand for.
Bees work as a community and the honeycomb they build is one of nature’s most marvelous design – strong and resilient, just like God’s House. It was through the collaborative efforts of all CDM Ministries working together as one CDM, just like bees working on one honeycomb, to make celebrations like Easter Vigil a memorable and successful one.
We hope that this recruitment project would draw more parishioners to get involved with doing God’s work, allowing for a deeper and meaningful relationship with Him. The RCIA would be kicking things off by holding the recruitment drive’s first roadshow and exhibition in the foyer this weekend.
